Italian Sauage Elk Meatloaf

Italian Sausage Elk Meatloaf- husband style

.5 pound elk burger
.5 elk Italian sausage
1 egg
 3 tbs Italian bread crumbs
2 big pinches of ted n barney's
1/2 white onion finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped zucchini
1 cup blue cheese

( microwave the onion and zucchini for 3 minutes)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl then put in a round baking dish.

 pour Kinder's mild BBQ sauce and spread it evenly on the top.

 crosshatch ketchup on top of that.

bake at  400 for 30 minutes.. then drained off any moisture.
Put the oven up to 475 for 10 minutes.

suggestion double recipe next time....amazing!!!


Serve on microwaved half  bagel thin with preferred bun toppings and mixed lettuce as topper.
